"Family Break"

Spent 5 nights here with our family 6 adults and one child(7). Plenty of space and kitchen well equipped. Lots of great board games and books. Shilton is a lovely village very quiet and the pub opposite welcoming and food excellent.

Really nice cottage in a great peaceful location but really easy to get to many other villages.

"Fantastic place would visit again"

Fantastic cottage, real home from home with everything you could possibly need. Amazing place to stay, very well kept and cleanly, lovely garden and surrounding and great location. Couldn’t fault it, would visit again with hesitation!

"Fantastic Family Break"

Our second stay of three generations with more than enough comfortable space to relax in. Rose and Crown oppositevery welcoming and the food on offer suited all.

"Friends reunited and where could be better"

Chestnuts is hard to fault. Loads of room, great garden. Beds first rate. Showers drenching and hot baths big enough to float in...almost!. There's enough of everything in the kitchen.

We'd all happily converge here again.
