We have had many holidays at Westly Farm over the years and tried out a good few of the options available. We have fallen in love with the farm and have stayed at Hornstone Cottage for the last few years – it's a real feel of luxury in stunning surroundings. Our kids love staying here and we look forward to coming back year after year.

Gorgeous cottage in an equally gorgeous setting! The cottage was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable. The bedrooms are all comfy and had lovely fresh white bedding and towels. The quiet location allowed us to see the bats in the evenings and hear the owls. The only noise we heard was the cows as they passed by the front gate.

Hornstone cottage is such a pretty place to stay. The situation is sublime. So much to explore in the immediate area and further afield. Dan and Ali are the perfect hosts. Ensuring our stay was a good one.

Wonderfully positioned, warm and very comfortable cottage. Perfectly situated for quick access to the lovely, local canal walks and beyond. We came across so much wildlife: deer in the garden, a sparrowhawk hunting on the edge of the estate, green and spotted woodpeckers on and around the bird feeders. The view into the valley below was stunning!

Fabulous stay for our family group of 6 adults and two babies. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen and good quality barbecue for alfresco dining surrounded by the marvellous views. Ali and Dan are welcoming hosts and we loved being on their working farm with their cows as our neighbours!

A cosy and comfortable cottage, in a lovely rural location but still easy to get to. Beautiful views across the Golden Valley from the cottage. Great for walking from the door and not too far to visit lots of places of local interest. Ali and Dan the owners are really helpful
