Outside Description

Hornstone Cottage has a spacious deck to the south leading to a wood-fired hot tub, and a walled garden to the north. But the real beauty is the fields and woods beyond. Step out of the gate and you can roam the farm's 70 acres, discovering meadows and tree swings in the woods, and losing yourself in the wonder of the Golden Valley.

Downstairs Description

Leave your boots on the front porch and enter into a large stone-tiled hallway with view through to the deck and the woods beyond. To the right is the spacious farmhouse kitchen, with a large table for hearty dinners. Across the hallway is a large bedroom with zip and link beds and lovely views to the adjacent fields. Down some steps from the hall is the sitting room, with an open fire and lots of windows, while the bathroom with separate shower is opposite. Sliding doors lead to the spacious south-facing deck, perfect for enjoying the sunset.

First Floor Description

Upstairs is a wonderful private master bedroom with en suite shower. There is also another bedroom with zip and link beds offering two singles or a king size bed. There is also a large second bathroom with roll-top bath.

Windows Views Description

All the rooms in Hornstone have exceptional views of the fields and woodland on the farm with the valley stretching beyond. It is an incomparable sight.

Other Notes

Westley Farm is a hill farm on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are steps and uneven surfaces inside the property. Please contact us if you think this might present you with difficulties.
