Downstairs Description

On arrival you'll enter into the welcoming lounge area. There is ample seating for everyone to sit back and relax throughout the stay. Included is a TV with Freeview channels, and that extra touch of a wood-burning stove to add a warming, inviting ambience.

The superbly equipped kitchen includes all the modern appliances you will need for your self-catering break. Once the delicious home cooked meal has been prepared in the kitchen everyone can gather at the lovely dining table.

Two of the bedrooms include a luxurious superking size bed and the third comes with an adult size single bed and set of adult size comfortable bunk beds.

Tourist Attractions:
  • Oystermouth Castle : Which is located in a beautiful location on the hill in Mumbles, overlooking Swansea Bay. Oystermouth Castle was used as the residence of the Marcher Lords of Gower, and as such was frequently under attack from the Welsh population. The earliest building is the keep which dates from the early 12th century. Visit website
  • Aberglasney House: Which is spectacularly set in the beautiful Tywi valley of Carmarthenshire, Aberglasney House features one of the finest gardens in Wales. Aberglasney Gardens have been an inspiration to poets since 1477. The story of Aberglasney spans many centuries, but, the house’s origins are still shrouded in obscurity. Visit website
  • Gower Heritage Centre: Which was established in 1990 as a countryside crafts centre situated in historical and beautiful surroundings. The 12th century water powered corn and saw mill was renovated, and experienced crafts people took up residence on site. Visit website
