Open plan modern, well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. The spacious sitting room, has comfy sofa's and TV with a wood burning stove.

First Floor Description

First floor comprises of Master bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a further double bedroom and fantastic Bunk Bed bedroom with full sized single mattress, these rooms are serviced by a good sized family bathroom with shower over the bath opposite

Dogs Welcome: We welcome 1 well behaved dog to the property. There are lots of great walks locally, including the canal

Swimming Pool: A heated indoor swimming pool 7mx3mx1.2m There are changing facilities and shower and toilet in the pool area. This is a shared facility but you book it for your own exclusive use.
