Outside Description

There is private parking for all residents at the side of the house. The south-facing garden is to the rear and is shared by all residents, but is enclosed.

Downstairs Description

Entrance into the communal hallway harks back to when West House was the Wild Goose Hotel.

You enter into the hallway with sisal carpet under-foot. The hallway leads to all rooms, with the kitchen straight ahead.

Kitchen The separate kitchen has lovely bright windows looking out to the front of the house and through the trees.

Lounge/Dining Room This spacious room is focused around the open fire, which is gorgeous in the winter, not forgetting the huge bay window and bespoke seating and marble table.

The Study An unusual but very pleasant feature of the lounge is the little anti room just off the lounge.

The master bedroom is the furthest room in the house, with windows facing towards the east.

Twin Bedroom This very spacious room has 2 single beds (3ft wide) with huge windows looking to the front of the house over the rolling hills out to sea.

The bathroom is situated in the middle of the 2 bedrooms, with a shower over the bath.

Other Notes

Wild Goose is on the first floor with no lift access due to the age of the property. Once inside the apartment, there are 1 or 2 steps around but for further details, please check the 3D virtual tour.
