Whitley Farm is set within beautiful private gardens of just under 1 acre, complete with pond, in a secluded position near the southern boundary of Exmoor National Park

The heart of this historic home is its welcoming kitchen, featuring an American-style fridge-freezer and all the modern amenities needed for creating memorable family meals. Two characterful reception rooms provide abundant space for relaxation – a spacious sitting room boasts an impressive inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, while the elegant dining room features its own wood burner for cosy evening gatherings.

There is one ground-floor bedroom which has two single beds. Plus a ground floor shower room (shower, toilet and hand basin).

First Floor Description

Upstairs are the other four bedrooms, the master which has a super-king bed, two with king size beds and a single room with a bed and cot. The family bathroom comprises bath, separate shower, toilet and hand basin.
