Outside Description

There is a small cobbled patio to the front of the cottage, and a patio-garden to the rear. Two designated parking spaces are situated across the footbridge at Porlock Weir, approximately 75 metres walk from the door.

Downstairs Description

Entrance to the property is via a porch with a handy bench to sit down to unlace your walking boots, straight into the the hallway. The ground floor comprises the living room with wood-burner, separate dining room, country kitchen with all new appliances, and the bunk bedroom.

First Floor Description

Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, and the family bathroom, comprising bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.

Second Floor Description

On the second floor is a twin bedroom and bathroom (bath only on the second floor).
