Outside Description

The garden is at the front of the cottage, enclosed by a wall and garden gate. There is a table and chairs for eating outside. The pretty garden includes a range of beautiful plants, shrubs and trees providing plenty of colour.

Downstairs Description

An open-plan living area on the ground floor contains the kitchen at one end, dining table with 4 chairs, plus comfortable seating and TV.

First Floor Description

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds (one can be made up as a twin if requested at time of booking) and two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and hand basin. Note, there is no bath

Other Notes

The other side of the farmhouse (to the right as you approach) is lived in and private, so please do not enter any areas of the farmhouse or its grounds that are marked as private. The guest entrance is the left hand smaller front door directly opposite the outside garden furniture. The
