Outside Description
The garden is lawned and enclosed, and benefits from wrapping entirely around the downstairs of the house so when the bi-fold doors are open, it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. There is a patio area with a table and chairs for 6, as well as a bench seat. You can access the garden from the front of the house too.
Downstairs Description
This lovely kitchen space is at the back of the open plan space, looking out to the dining area and lounge area beyond. You can choose to casually dine here on the island with its 3 bar stools, or enjoy a drink here whilst dinner is being prepared.
The dining area seats 6 guests on a large table
The cosy lounge has 2 x 4 seater distressed leather sofas and a Barcelona-style chair with a foot stool. Centered around the wood burning stove, it is a cosy space with lots of light flooding in from the bi-fold doors, although blinds are provided for sunny afternoons

First Floor Bathroom This bathroom is fully tiled and also has gorgeous lighting features.
Master Bedroom- As soon as you walk through the door you will be amazed at the beautiful view through the floor-to-ceiling glass wall. However, it gets better – this is also a full-size balcony!

Other Notes
The glass wall in the master bedroom is a beautiful feature, and has had blinds fitted bespoke to the shape of the wall. These blinds are not blackout, so whilst they give you total privacy, light sleepers need to be aware. We advise bringing an eye mask, as the view is so worth it (plus, the glow of the sunrise hitting the other side of the beach is amazing!).
