Outside Description

The driveway/ courtyard area at the front of the property has pretty shrubbery and potted plants around the border. There’s a table and two chairs provided for guests to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the fresh, sea air of the Northumberland coast.

Downstairs Description

Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Area The open plan living area has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen Smart TV and a cosy, wall-mounted living-flame gas fire. The luxury kitchen is contemporary and is comprehensively stocked with all the usual appliances.

There is a stylish breakfast bar with seating for 2 and an additional dining table with seating for 2. The large, floor to ceiling window allows ample light to flow into the room and look out onto the well-maintained courtyard/ driveway.

Bedroom A beautifully decorated and furnished room with a king size bed (5ft wide).

Bathroom The luxury bathroom is fully tiled in natural Travertine marble with top-quality fixtures. There is a wash-basin with a large mirror above, WC and bath with mains shower over the bath.
