Outside Description

The garden is enclosed and is a mixture of lawn and patio and has some great feature lighting built into the patio. A dining table with seating for six will be available in the spring. There is designated off-road private parking for 2 large cars or 3 hatchback-size cars.

Downstairs Description

Open Plan Living Space – Dining Kitchen. In the kitchen area there are 5 large sash windows on both the east and west elevations. The dining table seats 6 guests very comfortably.

The lounge is as cosy as it is contemporary, with the original exposed main beams above and the main focal point being the feature fireplace housing a wood-burning-effect gas fire.

The master bedroom features super king size bed (6ft) and en suite has a shower over the bath, heated towel rail, WC and wash hand basin.

King Size Bedroom This huge room has a king size bed (5ft wide),

Twin/Super King Bedroom This bedroom is equally as spacious and features two 3ft wide single beds that can be converted into a super king size upon request .

Family Bathroom This gorgeous bathroom has a feature bath with mood lighting inset in the tiles above. There is a separate shower with a rain fall head, large heated towel rail.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved medium-size dogs welcome at Wagonway Lodge for a small charge of £20 each, or 1 large dog. Dog sitting services available.
