Outside Description

Victoria Cottage has a spacious paved patio area which wraps around the rear and side of the cottage and is bordered by pretty shrubs. There’s a table and chairs with a parasol directly off the patio doors. West/south-west facing, the patio is a little sun-trap and very pleasant to sit out in for all but the coldest days of the year! A padlocked shed is available for the storage of bikes. The garden and patio area is completely enclosed by 5ft fencing and has a secure gate.

Downstairs Description

The lounge is spacious lounge with a lovely view of the Coquet River. The original inglenook fireplace houses a gas fired ‘wood-burning effect’ stove.

A light and airy open-plan room with French doors opening onto a lovely private and enclosed patio garden, paved in Indian stone and furnished for outdoor dining.

This useful and good sized room is located just off the kitchen and houses a washer/dryer and utility sink with drainer and storage units.

This useful second bathroom is situated off the rear hallway and has a large walk in shower (small step up), wash hand basic and WC. Complimentary toiletries by The White Company.
