The cottage has an unusual layout, the lower ground floor is where the three bedrooms are located, all with double beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, comprising free standing bath, separate shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also a family shower room on this level (shower, toilet and hand basin). The washing machine and tumble dryer are tucked away underneath the stairs.
