Outside Description

Trail View cottage is an attractive converted detatched barn set on a single level with its own private secluded patio and lawned area (open plan at one end) with a breathtaking view off the High Peak Trail. Leading off from the lawn through a gate is a footpath directly up to the High Peak Trail.

Downstairs Description

This cottage we feel is suitable for small children. The property sleeps four with a space for a cot. Please note we supply a highchair only. A travel cot is available too. This property has restored beams in the kitchen and lounge with a log burner to give the overall cosy home from home feel throughout the property.

Trail View is a single level property, accessed from a level step.

There is a dining Kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher, double radiator, dining table and chairs. The Lounge has double radiator, feature fireplace and stove, TV and DVD player

The Bathroom has a bath, WC and washbasin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror and Bedroom 1 has a double radiator, twin single beds,

Step up to rear exterior access door with 2 steps to paved patio area, steps leading to lawned area with exterior lighting

Bedroom 2 had double radiator, double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, WC, Washbasin and radiator

Windows Views Description

Open fields, High Peak Trail,-Trail View. Coach House, open countryside and courtyard view and lawned area.

Other Notes

We are in a rural position but within easy reach of Matlock,Bakewell,Ashbourne and Buxton. Pub 2 mins drive away or walkable under the star light! Approx 25 mins. Wi fi available.
