From the front door of the property you enter a lovely little lobby with a hanging and storage area. Doors from the lobby lead to the WC and open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room, there is also a staircase leading to the first floor.

Kitchen/Dining/Living Room Accessed from the lobby area the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room is modern and bright. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect from a luxury property

The Living Room itself has a lovely stone feature wall with ample comfortable seating. A flat screen smart TV with access to apps such as Netflix is provided along with a bluetooth speaker. There is a large modern log burning stove ideal for cosy winter nights in. With direct access from the living room to the enclosed patio area, this is the ideal entertaining space to bring the inside out in the summer months.

First Floor Description

Master Bedroom with en suite Dual aspect north and west facing windows with a vaulted ceiling. This spacious bedroom has a Kingsize bed (5ft wide)

The en suite bathroom has a Velux window. Facilities include an electric over the bath shower, WC, heated towel rail, wash basin and an illuminated mirror.
