Outside Description

This pretty cottage patio garden features a table with 4 chairs, and is enclosed with flowering borders. The patio is adjacent to the patio area of The Carriage House, divided by a beautiful, low stone wall, with feature decorative rope and an adjoining wooden gate which – whilst separate – is ideal for accessing the whole courtyard when these two properties are booked together, thus accommodating up to 12 guest

Downstairs Description

The gorgeous shaker-style kitchen with a white quartz worktop is well stocked. Open plan to the kitchen, the lounge is one step down from the kitchen and features a large Smart TV, electric ‘wood burning effect’ fire, a host of books and games, 4-seater corner sofa, armchair with footstool and coffee table.

Shower Room Serving as a bathroom for guests in the twin bedroom and also a ground floor WC, the shower room contains a walk in shower.

First Floor Description

Main Bedroom with en-suite This spacious room contains a king size bed (5ft wide). The en-suite features a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and attachment.

Twin Room This quirky bedroom has two single beds (3ft wide), which cannot be joined together.

Other Notes

While there is no allocated parking for The Sewing Room, parking is free right along the main street, with bays directly outside The Carriage House. Parking usually isn’t a problem first and last thing in the day, but can get busy in the middle of the day.
