Outside Description

There is a small, enclosed patio garden to the rear of The Rushes with pretty decking, an outside dining table, dining chairs for 4 and a 2 seater bench. 2 folding camping chairs are available in the garage too should you need them. There is private parking for one car in an allocated bay at the back of the cottage, space for a second car on the roadside outside the front of the cottage, and additional parking in the public carpark just 50 yards away by the riverside.

Downstairs Description

This spacious lounge has a large, south facing bay window overlooking the small patio garden, the room is light and airy with stylish wood flooring.

Kitchen Comprehensively equipped with everything you require for self-catering, the kitchen contains a tall fridge/freezer, electric fan oven with 4-ring gas hob, washing machine, microwave, integrated dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and Nespresso machine with milk-frother. The Ercol-style dining table seating up to 6 guests with 4 dining chairs and a 2 seater bench.

First Floor Description

Kingsize Bedroom with En-suite Shower Room The large south-facing window allows ample light to flow into this bedroom, containing a king size bed (5ft wide). Luxurious en-suite shower room with walk in shower has a rainfall .

The twin bedroom contains two full size single beds (3 ft wide).

The family bathroom is on the first floor at the top of the stairs and certainly has the ‘wow’ factor. It contains a luxury, deep plunge style bath with shower attachment.

Second Floor Description

King-size Bedroom with En-suite Shower Room The main bedroom of The Rushes occupied the whole top floor with a pretty, south-facing Dorma-style window. This attractive and spacious room contains a king-size bed (5ft wide).

This main bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room with a large walk in shower with rainfall shower head and additional attachment.

Dogs Welcome: One well-behaved dog welcome for a small charge of £20 per holiday. Dog sitting services available. Booking conditions apply.
