Outside is a decked area that spans the length of the cottage, with a table and comfortable chairs – perfect for al-fresco dining in the sunshine. A wonderful wide garden with lots of river frontage means there’s plenty of room to stretch out and read a book or pull up a chair and see if the fish are biting, don't forget your bird food either, you will have plenty of visitors that will come knocking for their daily feed.

With a large airy lounge/diner, there are wonderful views of the river and all its goings on. A double bedroom downstairs is perfect for those less able

The family bedroom upstairs is perfect for families with little ones, the twin is situated in a sloped ceiling so may not be suitable for the taller person
