Outside Description

Patio The Puffin’s Burrow has a pleasantly spacious patio area which is west-facing, ideal for a relaxing afternoon in the warmer months. There is a bench seat and two single chairs, as well as a small table for drinks. There is one private parking space outdoors for The Puffin’s Burrow. Additional parking can be found around the town or in the public car park next door. There are plenty of parking spaces in Alnwick town using a ‘disc’ system, which is free of charge.

Downstairs Description

The entrance to the apartment building is into a beautiful glass atrium spanning 3 floors, where you can choose to use the stairs or the elevator to reach the first floor where The Puffin’s Burrow can be found. The entrance to the apartment itself is within the open atrium area, and leads straight into the hallway.

Open-Plan Living Space – Lounge The cosy, west-facing lounge has two sofas, each seating up to two. The lounge has a floor-to-ceiling double window as well as a single glass door which leads out to the patio area, which is also west-facing.

Kitchen The kitchen area is well-stocked .

The dining table seats up to 4 guests and is neatly positioned between the lounge and kitchen area.

The main bedroom contain a double-size bed (4ft 6″ wide).

Twin Bedroom This cosy room contains two single beds, both full-size singles (3ft wide)..

Bathroom The fully-tiled bathroom contains a bath over the shower.
