Balcony/Lookout Point The best seats in the house are the two Stressless recliner chairs with footstools, perfectly positioned in front of the balcony door to enjoy the uninterrupted views. Step out onto to the balcony where there is further seating available for two, whilst enjoying a chilled or a hot coffee early morning, watching the sun rise in the east.

Designated parking for up to two cars, additional visitor parking very close by.

Downstairs Description

Lounge Enter through the glass door into the impressive lounge and the view through the floor to ceiling windows will take your breath away.

Dining Space A beautiful driftwood table is positioned centrally within the open plan room, which comfortably seats eight guests and is lit by two pendant lights. The surrounding views can be enjoyed from the dining table.

The kitchen has a large island with a breakfast bar seating three guests, plenty of storage space and views above the kitchen counter overlooking Amble Lifeboat Station and southwards towards Coquet Island and the pier.

First Floor Description

Master Bedroom with en suite and Inset Balcony The master suite is as spacious as a studio apartment with a super king size bed, luxury linens and a private lit balcony with seating for two. . The en suite has a huge walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, WC and wall-size mirror with feature lighting.
