Outside Description

Outside in the courtyard to the front there is a farm style seated table and bench’s and a smaller separate seated patio that you access directly via the French windows here in both these area’s you can enjoy the morning sun.

To the rear you find the enclosed gravelled garden overlooking wonderful, open countryside. with another farm style seated table and a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining. You can find the sun here from late afternoon.

There is off-road parking for three cars to the front in the courtyard and a bike store opposite.

Downstairs Description

From the hallway you access the three bedrooms which all continue the open, light and airy feel.

Kitchen You will also access the large very well-equipped county kitchen from the hallway. The vaulted ceiling with exposed pale beams again creates a very open tranquil space that invites you in. The farmhouse table easily seats six.

Master Bedroom Bedroom three has a king size bed with drawers for extra storage. This room has a contemporary en-suite shower room with a pump electric shower.

Bedroom two has a large Nordic style white king size sleigh bed with matching bedside cabinets and wardrobe plus a dressing chair.

Bedroom one has twin light oak single beds with light oak side tables.

Bathroom The matching contemporary house bathroom is at the bottom of the hallway and is completed with a shower over the bath.

Windows Views Description

Open countryside from the rear of the property and a courtyard to the front.

Other Notes

Because of the location of this barn the area does not suffer from any light pollution and as such on clear nights you can experience some truly breath-taking dark sky stargazing.
