Outside Description

Situated within the pretty development of Glororum, The New Dairy has a small enclosed garden that is part gravelled and part lawned. There is a seating area for outdoor eating and a planted area. When the farm gate is kept closed the garden is enclosed.

There is sufficient parking for 1 car on the driveway, which is enclosed and gated with the parking.

Downstairs Description

The cosy lounge has seating for up to 4 across 2 x 2-seater sofas which frame the gas fire. The Smart TV has access to catch up programmes and there is a variety of books and games available to use. Bamburgh castle can be seen in the distance from the lovely big windows in the living space.

The bright and welcoming kitchen has bespoke units and a granite surface. You’ll find an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine (small supply of pods provided). The fridge/freezer can be found in the utility room. The large dining table seats up to 4 guests very comfortably.
