Outside Description

The courtyard garden is south and east facing so gets a lot of sun in the summer months from morning to early evening. There is garden seating for 4 guests and a wooden loveseat bench. The patio area has a quirky, original well feature, (which is covered for safety) and a small lawn area. Pretty potted plants and a fairly private outlook (with only residents of the neighbouring cottage passing by) make this a lovely spot to soak up the sun whilst enjoying a morning coffee or ice cold beverage in the summer afternoons.

Downstairs Description

The small but bright kitchen has an east facing window looking out to the garden, and allowing ample natural light to flow in in the mornings.

There is a handy utility cupboard .

The main focal point in the lounge is the stunning log burner and brick surround fire place. An initial supply of logs are supplied (between October and April) with more available to purchase locally.

Just behind the seating area in the living room, there is a large dining table, very comfortable.

he double bedroom contains a double size bed (4ft 6″ wide). The en-suite shower room to the double bedroom contains a large electric shower with a step up in to the cubicle.

The second bedroom in The Mill Stone contains two full size 3 ft wide single beds, suitable for both adults or children (age 12 and above).

The family bathroom contains an electric shower with a step into the cubicle and separate bath
