The ground floor accommodation comprises a large kitchen-dining room and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room, and one with twin beds, plus family bathroom.

The Mill House kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances including fridge, freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cookware and a variety of kitchen utensils.

First Floor Description

Upstairs is the sitting room with wood-burner and the third bedroom (super-king bed, which can be made up as a twin if requested at time of booking) with en-suite shower room.

Windows Views Description

The Mill House is situated in a little hamlet in a small combe. The views from the front of the house look out over the country road outside to the field beyond.

The Mill House is situated in rural area on the outskirts of Exmoor, mobile phone signal may be difficult to obtain but wifi is provided in the property for your convenience.
