The Long Barn is a single-storey cottage located at Three Gates Farm, a converted 17th Century farm boasting five 4-star holiday cottages in the vicinity of Tiverton, situated near the Devon/Somerset border.

It comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and one with a convertible single bed that can become a twin. The cottage features a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. The spacious living area includes a flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player and free WiFi. It is heated with oil-fired central heating, making it cosy and warm.
