French doors from the living area open up onto a private gravelled area at the rear of the property, with a small table and chairs, perfect for outside dining in the summer months.

Downstairs Description

The Linhay is a ground floor annexe with an open-plan living-area comprising a sofa, wood-burner, dining table and a king-size double bed. Two steps lead down to the separate kitchen and a bathroom. There is also an entrance porch, ideal for storing your boots and coats, and a basket of logs also.

Dogs Welcome: Up to two well behaved dogs welcome for £15 each. Dogs should remain on leads when outside and are not permitted on the furniture. Please do not leave them alone in the property at any time.
Bring Your Horse: There are six stables within the courtyard at the rear of the house and additional Monarch stables in an American barn. There is a 20x60m indoor arena available for hire onsite and access to excellent hacking.
