Outside Description

The Hayloft has a small, lawned and enclosed garden to the rear. You can access the garden from the gate at the front of the property, both the master and double bedroom and also from the living area upstairs, down some stone steps to the side of the cottage. There’s a table and chairs and a sheltered place to sit out on an evening.

Downstairs Description

The entrance into The Hayloft is into a hallway, with space to hang coats and leave shoes. All of the bedrooms except the twin bedroom can be accessed from the ground floor, or head straight up the stairs to the living area.

Master Bedroom with en suite Looking out onto the garden with a door out to the garden too, the master bedroom is very spacious and decorated with all Laura Ashley fabrics. It has a king size bed (5ft wide)

Double Bedroom This bedroom looks out to the front of the cottage out of a huge window, so the room is very bright and airy and decorated with Laura Ashley fabrics. Here, you will find a king size bed (5ft wide)

Opposite the double bedroom you’ll find the fully-tiled family bathroom, which is shared with the twin bedroom upstairs.

Twin Bedroom with en suite At the other side of the cottage looking onto the front you’ll find the incredibly spacious twin bedroom with 2 single beds.

First Floor Description

Open Plan Living, Kitchen and Dining Area Step into this huge room into the relaxed and sociable living space. With large windows around 2 elevations and a door leading down to the lawned garden.

The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests.

The kitchen has solid oak cabinets, granite worktops and all of the usual appliances.

Twin Bedroom This pretty room has not 1 but 3 large Velux windows letting in lots of natural light, 2 single beds (3ft wide).
