First Floor Description

Entering through the boot room with ample space for shoes and coats, you find the open-plan living space with charming beams and exposed stone wall at one end, three south facing windows look out over the farm and surrounding countryside. The living space has a lounge area with solid oak floors, TV with Sky, Freeview, DVD player, and a CD player. Wifi is available throughout the property.

The kitchen and dining area is well-equipped with electric cooker and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Windows Views Description

The property looks over over the cottage garden and the stream at the end, and to the local countryside beyond.

Other Notes

There is little or no mobile phone signal in Luxborough, however you can obtain some signal a short drive up the road. Wifi is available in the property at no extra cost. Mill Cottage is in close proximity to The Granary, which is another holiday property sleeping up to 4 guests. The two cottages have allocated parking facilitates and the outdoor areas are each enclosed.
