Outside Description

There is a large lawn beside The Folly, bordered on one side by the stream. The garden is available for guests’ sole use, however please note that it is not enclosed. There is a patio area directly beside the property, with a small table, two chairs and a built in barbecue. Wooden sun loungers with comfortable cushions are provided so you can relax and truly unwind listening to the stream in this peaceful spot.

Downstairs Description

Large glazed double doors open into an open-plan living area, beautifully furnished with antiques and sumptuous fabrics. The well-equipped studio kitchen is situated in the corner, with circular table and chairs nearby, plus a comfortable sofa. The bathroom has a double ended roll top bath, a Victorian chandelier with dimmer, a circular blue and white porcelain Georgian washstand (plumbed in!) with double handed pitcher beneath and toilet.

Windows Views Description

Guests will enjoy view out over the large garden beside the property.

Other Notes

Please note, there is no mobile phone signal at The Folly due to the rural location in the valley, however wifi is provided. There is another holiday cottage next door, but the properties each ave their own parking and private outside areas.
