Outside Description

Juliette Balcony Even though the apartment is on ground level with the building built up an incline, there’s a Juliette balcony so you can open the doors fully. Whilst a glass panel stops you from exiting into the courtyard, being able to open the doors from the lounge on a warm day for a cool breeze is very pleasant. There is a bistro-style table and chairs outside which you can access from the side of the apartment building if you wanted to sit out.

Downstairs Description

The entrance into the apartment building is through the main glass doors, leading into the huge glass atrium spanning 3 floors! You can choose the stairs or the lift, but the apartment is on the second floor. The apartment is all on one level and entry is straight into the hallway.

Open Plan Living Space – Kitchen/Dining Leading straight down the hallway you’ll arriving into the open-plan living space. The kitchen is very well equipped and contains the usual appliances and table seats 4 guests.

Lounge The lounge has a comfy sofa for 2 and a large, Smart TV. The views out the window look out to Pottergate Tower and the rooftops of Alnwick in the distance.

Master Bedroom This bedroom is incredibly spacious with lots of storage. The bed is king size (5ft wide), with a super-comfy 3000 pocket-sprung mattress and lots of storage space.

Bathroom The hugely spacious bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath.

Child Friendly: One baby welcome. A travel cot and highchair is provided upon request.
