This Mediterranean-inspired patio garden is a real treat at The Boathouse, making the most of being so close to the riverbank and the wildlife. There is dining seating for up to 7, cafe-style table and chairs for 2 and 2 additional patio chairs for 2.

There is a small parking area at The Boathouse, which is big enough for two small or one large car. Additional parking is opposite on the riverbank in the public parking bays. There are no car parking charges in Warkworth.

Downstairs Description

A huge lounge, with exposed beams above and windows on south and east elevations. French doors lead out to the patio. Leather sofas and chairs nestle around the statement fireplace, which has a wood-burning stove (initial supply of wood supplied between October and April).

Dining Kitchen This bright and airy room is fitted with pale grey kitchen cabinetry and granite worktops. There’s dining in the kitchen for up to 6.

Utility Room This handy room is great for a dog to sleep at night. It contains the washing machine, tumble dryer.

Main Bedroom The largest room and located to the south wing of the house, this bedroom contains a double size bed (4ft 6″ wide),
