Outside Description

The pretty front garden has been sympathetically planted and makes a lovely entrance to the cottage. The garden to the rear is huge, and an ideal space to spread out to, whether that be children playing or dogs exploring. There is a picnic bench and a dining table and chairs for 8, plus a parasol and a gas BBQ. The garden is enclosed, but we cannot guarantee secure.

At the end of the garden sits a pretty summerhouse, with games and extra undercover seating.

Downstairs Description

The kitchen is a farmhouse-style kitchen with wooden surfaces and a Belfast sink. It looks out to the sociable sunroom, making this an ideal space to gather with family or prepare breakfast or dinner. The kitchen is open plan to the sunroom, which is home to the dining table. Seating 8 guests, the dining area looks out to the gorgeous back garden.

The cosy lounge has such a lovely feel to it, come summer or winter. Overlooking the pretty front garden out of a huge, traditional window.

Ground Floor Bedroom This room is ideal for those that require a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor.

Ground Floor Shower Room Located just off the utility room and next to the ground floor bedroom.

First Floor Description

This spacious bedroom overlooking the front garden contains a king size bed.

Second Bedroom This compact room has been thoughtfully furnished, with a huge window overlooking the rear garden. Double bed (4ft 6″ wide)

Bunkbed Bedroom This cosy room has been decorated with a pirate theme in mind, perfect for children age 12 and under. Each bunk is a full-size single bed (3ft wide)
