This property is centrally located in the village, on a quiet side road. There is no private outside space.
Downstairs Description
Entrance to the property is via the front door into the living/dining area, an extendable table with cushioned bench seats, a footstool seat and chair just inside the door, with stunning stained glass window depicting the beautiful colours of the Exmoor landscape.
Through an opening to the left is the kitchen area, at the far end of the kitchen a door opens into the shower room. Back to the living area, a door leads through to the downstairs double bedroom.
The downstairs bedroom has lots of small drawer space, a corner cupboard and limited hanging space below a luggage rack accessed by using a step stool for storing empty luggage. The mezzanine bed deck has a large luggage shelf with a rail to keep bags in place. Inside the twin bed deck area there are two small drawers with extra coat hangers which can be hung from the hooks above the luggage shelf.
First Floor Description
A mezzanine level overlooks the living area, where two single beds are located for up to two further guests - accessed via the paddle stairs and step over beam. Please note, the mezzanine twin bedroom has limited head space due to the sloping ceilings.
Other Notes
There is no allocated parking for this property, but you are able to pull up outside for a few minutes to drop off/pick up. Porlock central car park is just a couple of minutes on foot from the property, charges apply 9am to 6pm daily at £6.10 per day or £25 for a week (via the app 'PayByPhone').
