Outside Description

Access to the southwest-facing cottage garden, which is walled on three sides, is via the main entrance. There is a lawn, mature apple trees and a small patio area furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sunshine and breathtaking sunsets.

Downstairs Description

A cosy sitting room with east-facing windows, comfortable seating for 6 guests, wood wood-burning stove.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need whilst on holiday. Beautifully finished with luxury cabinets and worktops, there is an integrated fridge with a freezer compartment in the kitchen and an additional free-standing freezer in the outbuilding.

he outbuilding attached to the cottage offers an additional, gardener’s WC, a drying area and a small amount of storage as well as the above-mentioned freezer and washing machine.

First Floor Description

The main bedroom is a fabulous room with a set super king bed, a high vaulted ceiling and original wooden beams. The dual-aspect windows face east and south with the latter overlooking the garden.

The second bedroom is another fabulous room and also boasts its original wooden beams and Victorian fireplace, which is now purely decorative.

The family bathroom contains a bath with rainfall shower over and separate shower attachment
