Outside Description

All guests have access to two acres of gardens including a lily pond, lawn with picnic tables, giant BBQ and games room with table tennis, small pool table and table football. In the summer we set up croquet on the lawn and football goals in the field. There is car free access across our fields to the bridleways and footpaths of Exmoor National Park.

Downstairs Description

Lounge: Features one three seater and one two seater sofa, a 40″ TV with Freeview and DVD, a rustic pine dining table with 4 chairs (more can be provided) and a stone fireplace with an electric log-imitation fire complemented by two radiators. Kitchen: Well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, and electric stove plus a selection of pots and pans

First Floor Description

Spacious double room with a king bed and a twin room. Beds are made up with crisp, cotton bedlinen. Radiators in each bedroom. Bathroom: Equipped with a bath with an overhead shower and stocked with towels and loo rolls.
