The rear garden is completely enclosed and contains a private hot tub, outdoor sauna (7 x 30 minute tokens provided for use) and sofa-style dining seating for up to 6 guests. Artificial grass ensures the area looks neat all year round.

There is one off-road parking space within a short walking distance to the property. All other parking is on street in the nearby area.

Downstairs Description

Lounge Walk into the impressive lounge with stunning décor, plantation shutters, period features and an open fire. A large 4-seater sofa, love seat and armchair is more than enough seating and the large Smart TV is positioned above the fireplace for optimum viewing. Specialist slow-burning eco-lighter ‘logs’ are provided for use with the fire.

The kitchen is beautifully finished with hard surfaces and wooden bespoke cabinets.

The dining area with feature lighting looks out through glass French doors to the rear garden, and has seating for up to 6.
