Outside Description

There is a large patio/courtyard with picnic table and bench directly beside the cottage (not enclosed), and this area is for guests' sole use. The wider gardens at the property are also available for guests to use and are shared with the owners who live next door. You may find free-range ducks and chickens in the gardens, so please ensure your dogs are under your control at all times.

Downstairs Description

The front door opens into the kitchen, equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a variety of cookware, crockery, and utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is the sitting area with a comfortable sofa and an electric fire, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area leads into a cosy sitting room, furnished with two sofas, an armchair, TV, and a second electric 'log' fire, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

First Floor Description

Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and views over the garden, and the other with twin beds, making it ideal for both couples and families. The bathroom comprises a bath with a handheld shower head attachment (due to the low ceiling), plus a toilet and wash basin.

Dogs Welcome: Two well behaved dogs welcome (or more by negotiation). There is an allocated dog-walking field just beyond the shared gardens.
