You are just moments from Pevensey Bay beach - open the front door, look across the road and you can see the beach and sea down the street.

Downstairs Description

Downstairs is a large lounge, split by an archway into two separate seating areas, with a TV at one end.

There is a large kitchen, fully equipped with oven, hob and cooking equipment, plus a utility room off this with washing facilities.

The kitchen leads through to a dining conservatory overlooking the large, private rear garden.

There is a downstairs shower room.

First Floor Description

Upstairs are four bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bath.

At the front of the house is the master bedroom, which is a super kingsize, plus a double room. At the rear, overlooking the garden and allotments beyond is a single room, plus a triple (with bunkbeds and a single bed).

Please bear in mind the bunkbeds are suitable for children only so this house sleeps a maximum of six adult

Windows Views Description

At the front of the house from upstairs are distant sea views. At the rear you look over the garden and allotments beyond.
