Outside Description
We offer 2 acres of gardens for guests to relax or play. Mature shrubs and trees create smaller, secluded areas, perfect for finding a quiet spot to read while children play nearby. The shared games room and outdoor play area provide opportunities for children to play together and make new friends.
Downstairs Description
Access the cottage via a small porch. The living room offers ample sofa space for the whole group to relax and watch TV.
A bright sunroom with additional seating features sliding doors that lead to a raised patio area. There is outdoor seating for BBQs or enjoying a glass of wine in fine weather.
At the back of the property, you'll find a dining room with a table and chairs for seven; a high chair is available upon request. This leads into a family snug area with a large corner sofa and a TV for watching DVDs (please note this TV has no aerial signal and is only suitable for DVDs). There is also a convenient cloakroom with a toilet and sink.
The ground floor includes a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, which features a toilet, sink, and bath with a shower over it.
