Outside Description

Shepherd’s Cottage has an acre of well-maintained garden to explore. A decked area provides the perfect space for al fresco dining, with a large table and chairs provided. Enjoy the views across the countryside to Budle Bay. Although completely private, the garden is surrounded by hedgerow and can’t be deemed fully enclosed and secure for dogs and children. We would always recommend supervision.

Downstairs Description

The impressive kitchen stands out with its unique decor, featuring a repurposed London Underground route map as the dining table surface, seating up to eight.

The huge lounge is spacious and comfortable, framed by the bi-fold doors looking out to the distant coastline.

As well as the dining space in the kitchen, there is a large dining table set within the lounge, offering spectacular views across the decking down to Budle Bay through the bi-fold doors.

The handy utility room has external access from the rear garden, perfect for sandy paws and boots alike. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional full-size sink. Washing tabs are provided.

First Floor Description

Primary Bedroom Suite with Ensuite Bathroom (Bedroom Three) The beautiful and huge primary bedroom has a king-size bed (5ft wide)

Bedroom Five with Ensuite – Second Floor This bedroom occupies the whole second floor, acting as a romantic ‘hideaway’. The bedroom boasts a king-size bed (5ft wide)
