Outside Description

Seagulls Rest has a private courtyard/decking area to the side of the property, a pedestrian gate separates this from the car parking space, and double wooden gates enclose this area from the road. The courtyard has been laid with decking and provides two seating areas for al fresco dining and an arbour seat with wonderful views of the sea. This area is available for guests sole use.

Downstairs Description

The front door entrance is at the side of the property into a small Hall with stairs leading to the first floor and the sitting room to the left and the dining room to the right. The sitting room is at the front of the cottage both windows affording lovely views over the Bristol Channel. The dining room has a large table with ample room to seat 8. The kitchen is the far side of the dining room and an external door leads to the courtyard garden. At the far end of the kitchen is the shower room, with toilet and hand basin.

First Floor Description

On the first floor there are two of the bedrooms, one double bedroom with dressing room area and sea views, and one single bedroom (also with sea view). The family bathroom is also on the first floor, comprising corner bath, shower unit, toilet and hand basin.

Second Floor Description

The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, one double bed and one twin (with sea view).

Windows Views Description

All of the windows at the front of the house have sea views.

Other Notes

One dog (max) is welcome by prior arrangement, for supplement of £15 Please do not leave your dogs alone in the property and do not allow them on the furniture.

There is space to park one car in the courtyard area beside the cottage inside the garden gates. One parking permit is provided for a second car if required
