Downstairs Description

The main entrance is to the side of the house, leading into the hallway, to the right there is the laundry room and downstairs cloakroom with foot shower, ahead of you the stairs to the first floor, and to the left the open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with wood burning stove and sliding door onto the deck and beach.

First Floor Description

The master bedroom is to the front of the house over looking the beach, with a 6ft super king bed, roll top bath and en suite shower room. Bedroom two Is situated to the rear of the property facing the dunes, with a 6ft super king bed, built in bunk beds and en suite shower room.

Windows Views Description

Uninterruted views of the glorious Camber coastline. With the extreme tide the outlook is forever changing, from sunrise to sunset.

Other Notes

There is no road access to Seabreeze. You can drive slowly from the central car park to the house along the beach and park one 4 Wheel drive vehicle outside, if you do not have a 4×4 you can park at the central car park with a parking permit and walk to the house which is 4-5 mins away.
