Outside Description

There is a built-in sunken seating area next to the beach with firepit/BBQ, hand shower and decked boardwalk onto the beach.

To the front of the property there is a gravelled driveway with parking for 3/4 cars.

Downstairs Description

The main entrance leads into the large hallway with spiral staircase to the first floor. There is a laundry room and games room with direct access to the beach. There is a spiral staircase that leads from the downstaairs terrace to the upstairs deck. There are three bedrooms downstairs (2 with seaviews) and all en suite, one has a five foot king another a super king and the third with 3 foot singles.

First Floor Description

Open plan, spacious kitchen dining living area with wood burning stove. There are sliding doors leading from the lounge and another set of doors from dining area that lead onto first floor terrace and outside eating wth spiral down to the lower deck and garden. Master bedroom suite is locted on this floor with a six foot super king bed, dressing area, en suite bathroom and private balcony.
