Outside Description

There is a small garden to the front but the rear garden is accessible either through the side gate from the driveway and also from the master bedroom. The garden is lawned and enclosed. Furniture will be provided, style TBC.

Parking Sea Gem has a private driveway that can accommodate four cars.

Downstairs Description

Sea Gem has the bedrooms on the ground floor and the living space upstairs to make the most of its bright and airy position.

This lovely bedroom is tastefully decorated and has access out to the garden via glass patio doors. King size bed (5ft wide). The en suite contains a large walk-in shower, rainfall shower head with additional attachment.

The second bedroom is equally as lovely with a king size bed (5ft wide), large east-facing window, wardrobe, drawers and luxury linens provided. The en suite contains a large walk-in shower, rainfall shower head with additional attachment.

Bedroom Three with en suite This large bedroom has twin single beds (each 3ft wide) with a west-facing window, wardrobe, chest of drawers and luxury linens. The family bathroom on the first floor is for use by guests using this bedroom.

First Floor Description

Lounge Beautifully decorated and looking out onto the glass, east-facing balcony, which is perfect for capturing the morning sun. There is a bistro table with 2 chairs.

Open plan, the kitchen is modern and well-stocked.

The dining table seats six guests on four chairs and a bench seat for two, beneath a lovely large east-facing window.

The snug is a lovely room and a perfect addition to Sea Gem.

This large bathroom is to be used by guests staying in the twin bedroom and contains a bath with rainfall shower head over.
