Outside Description

A pretty path from the kitchen leads to a round cottage garden overlooking pastoral fields with a comfy bench, fire pit, dining table and chairs.

Downstairs Description

The kitchen is newly fitted and well-equipped with a double electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, an under-counter fridge and under-counter freezer. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

The dining area in the conservatory can seat eight at the table, and the dining room door leads to the garden. The downstairs sitting room is cosy with a low ceiling and wood burning stove, and CD/MP3 stereo with JBW speakers. There is a separate piano room, and the upstairs tv room/snug enjoys double-height beamed ceilings.

First Floor Description

There are two upstairs bedrooms in the cottage, one has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has double bed (4'6"). Travel cot and high chair available. The brand new bathroom upstairs also has a double height ceiling, and comprises a large bath and powerful shower, toilet and hand basin.

Second Floor Description

In the barn there are two further bedrooms, one has a wood-burner and en-suite loo and hand basin; whilst the other bedroom has an en-suite comprising a shower, hand basin and toilet.
