Outside Description

Parking is a rare amenity in Alnmouth but Prudhoe Villa has 2 car parking spaces on the private, gravel driveway that it shares with the lower ground neighbour. Additional parking is on Riverside Road just outside, where there are no parking charges but a disc system in operation.

Downstairs Description

Lounge The largest room on the first floor, the lounge has west-facing windows looking straight out to sea across the moored boats and the beach.

Between the kitchen and the lounge sits the separate dining room, with a table and chairs for up to 8 guests. The dining room has a glass door leading out to the balcony which faces west and has direct views of the beach.

Two steps down from the hallway is the kitchen. Containing a free-standing breakfast bar with 4 stools for more casual dining, there are dual aspect views and the bar table is perfectly positioned to make the most of those views.

Traditional iron balcony at the front of the house, making the most of the west-facing elevated views of the beach and Aln estuary. Traditional iron table and four chairs are provided.

The main bedroom faces east and contains a super king size bed (6ft wide) that can split into two single beds (3ft wide).

The en suite contains a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head

First Floor Description

Bedroom Two Positioned at the front of the house, the second bedroom contains a king size bed (5ft wide) and is very spacious.

Bedroom Three Another spacious bedroom, bedroom 3 contains a double-size bed (4ft 6″ wide)

Bedroom Four The smallest of the four bedrooms, this room contains a double size bed (4ft 6″ wide),

Family Bathroom On the top floor the spacious family bathroom contains a large, free-standing bath
