A pretty, lawned cottage garden bordered with colourful shrubs is situated to the front of the cottage with a stone flagged patio, furnished with a large table and chairs. This attractive garden is fully enclosed, sunny and quite private.

Downstairs Description

Lounge Accessed from the spacious hallway and the kitchen, the lounge is beautifully furnished with full-length French windows leading onto the private garden and patio.

The Snug Accessed from the main hallway is a second lounge.

The kitchen is very well equipped and beautifully finished, with luxury cabinets and granite work surfaces.

Ground Floor’ Master Bedroom Please note that the ground floor bedrooms are situated in a separate ‘wing’ accessed from the hallway, with a door providing privacy and quiet from the main living areas if required. With large walk-in shower (with a small step up), WC and wash hand basin as well as a heated towel rail.

First Floor Description

Bedroom 3 – Master Bedroom is a spacious room with a super-king-size (6ft wide) luxury bed with pocket sprung mattress and base.

En-Suite Shower Room A good sized room with bath, shower over.

Bedroom 4 – Twin Single Beds A spacious and attractive bedroom with twin single (3ft wide) beds which can be converted to a super-king-size (6ft wide) bed (for adults only) upon request.

Family Bathroom A large bathroom with a bath, WC and wash hand basin with heated towel rail.

‘Chill-Out Area’ The landing area is spacious and an ideal place for children to chill out.

Other Notes

There is a maximum occupancy level of 8 persons at Sandpiper. This includes infants, so if for example you have 1 infant requiring a cot, we can provide this, but can only accept a maximum of 7 other persons to stay in the cottage. There is a strict maximum limit of 2 dogs permitted to stay, under our house rules which include them not being permitted on furniture or beds under any circumstances or being left unattended in the cottage.

Dogs Welcome: Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. £20 charge for each dog, per holiday. Booking Conditions apply and see more details on our Dogs page. Dogs are not permitted to be left in the house unattended. Dog sitting service available, contact us to request.
Child Friendly: Up to infants welcome, but note maximum occupancy of 8 persons is to include infants.
