Outside Description

The cottage is surrounded on three sides by a lawned garden with plenty of shrubs. It is accessed by either the French windows from the conservatory or from the rear door off the utility room and has a large paved area with a luxury patio table and chairs. There is a large lawn with a lovely variety of shrubs bordering it. In Springtime the garden bursts with colour from the multitude of flowering bulbs! The rear garden is south-facing and there is a lovely far-reaching view of the sea.

Downstairs Description

An attractive and very spacious lounge, open to the dining room and with a pretty south-facing conservatory leading off. A lovely open log fire is here for your use, although not needed for warmth as the cottage is efficiently centrally heated.

A large, south-facing conservatory leads from the lounge and has pretty wicker chairs and charming cushions.

A spacious and comprehensively equipped kitchen with a window overlooking the rear garden and the beautiful countryside and coastline beyond.
