A small courtyard is situated to the rear of the property with garden furniture. Also for your use is a shared garden which is a few doors away. Bikes, canoes, etc may be stored securely in the adjoining lean-to.

Downstairs Description

Ruffles Cottage kitchen is fitted with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob and has microwave, toaster, kettle, a variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

Other equipment includes television and DVD player, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot, stair-gate, high chair and many books, games, and DVDs. Wireless internet is available throughout the property.

First Floor Description

The property sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom.

Other Notes

A security deposit of £100 is required when booking this property. This will be added to the total price of your booking, and will be refunded after your stay unless the owner discovers damage to the property or its contents after your departure.
